Installment Schedule & Refunds Policy For Installment Based Payments
Installment Schedule:

An initial deposit, as listed on the ticket price, is required at the time of purchase.

50% of the total ticket price must be paid by December 1st 2023 regardless of the booking date.

80% of the total ticket price must be paid by February 15th 2024 regardless of the booking date.

90% of the total ticket price must be paid by April 18th 2024 regardless of the booking date.

100% of the total ticket price must be paid by May 1st 2024 regardless of the booking date.

The total payment frequency can be determined based on your preferences. Please contact info@nicthurman.com for instructions on paying installments and to choose the payment frequency that is best suited for you.

Refund Policy:

Full Refund (within 60 days of booking - Applicable until April 18th 2024): Participants who request a cancellation of their registration within 60 days from the date of their booking, as long as the date is prior to April 18th 2024, will be eligible for a full refund of the workshop fee.

Partial Refund (after 60 days of booking and until April 18th 2024): Participants who request a cancellation of their registration after the initial 60-day period, but before April 18th 2024, will be eligible for a full refund excluding their initial deposit.

No Refund (after April 18th 2024): Participants who request a cancellation of their registration after April 18th 2024 will not be eligible for a refund. The workshop fee is non-refundable after April 18th 2024.
Please note the following:

The organizers strongly recommend that participants purchase travel insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen circumstances, such as travel disruptions, illness, or other events that may prevent attendance. Travel insurance can provide coverage for potential financial losses in such situations.

Participants who choose the payment plan option will be responsible for any transaction or processing fees associated with each installment payment. The refund amount will be based on the workshop fee and will exclude any transaction or processing fees incurred.

Participants will only be considered fully registered and confirmed for the workshop once the final payment has been received.

In the event of a cancellation by a participant who selected the payment plan option, any amounts paid up to that point may not be refundable, depending on the refund policy in place. Please reference the refund policy and installment schedule to see what is applicable.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@nicthurman.com.

Any applicable refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame after receiving the cancellation request.

The organizers reserve the right to make exceptions to the refund policy on a case-by-case basis, considering unforeseen circumstances or extenuating situations.
