Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Due to the limited number of spaces and the long-term planning required for this workshop, refunds are available according to the following schedule.

30-Day Risk-Free Booking (until October 1, 2026)

 

Participants may cancel their booking for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

This 30-day risk-free period applies only if both conditions are met:

• The cancellation occurs within 30 days of booking, and

• It is before October 1, 2026

After October 1, 2026, the standard cancellation schedule applies to all bookings, regardless of purchase date.

After 30 days and before October 1, 2026

70% refundable
(30% retained as a non-refundable reservation fee)

October 1 – December 31, 2026

50% refundable

​

January 1 – January 31, 2027

25% refundable

​

February 1, 2027 onward

Non-refundable

Payment Plans

Participants using a payment plan remain responsible for the full balance according to the cancellation schedule above.

Please note the following:

• It's recommended that participants purchase travel insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen circumstances, such as travel disruptions, illness, or other events that may prevent attendance. Travel insurance can provide coverage for potential financial losses in such situations.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the organizers. Please contact info@nicthurman.com to submit a refund request. 

• The refund amount will be based on the workshop fee paid at the time of registration and will exclude any transaction or processing fees incurred.

• Any applicable refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame after receiving the cancellation request.

• The organizers reserve the right to make exceptions to the refund policy on a case-by-case basis, considering unforeseen circumstances or extenuating situations.
