Refund Policy:

Full Refund (within 30 days of booking - Applicable until January 1st 2025): Participants who request a cancellation of their registration within 30 days from the date of their booking, as long as the date is prior to January 1st 2025, will be eligible for a full refund of the workshop fee.

Partial Refund (after 30 days of booking and until January 1st 2025): Participants who request a cancellation of their registration after the initial 30-day period, but before February 1st 2025, will be eligible for a 70% refund.

No Refund (after March 1st 2025): Participants who request a cancellation of their registration after March 1st 2025 will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note the following:

It's recommended that participants purchase travel insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen circumstances, such as travel disruptions, illness, or other events that may prevent attendance. Travel insurance can provide coverage for potential financial losses in such situations.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the organizers. Please contact info@nicthurman.com to submit a refund request.

The refund amount will be based on the workshop fee paid at the time of registration and will exclude any transaction or processing fees incurred.

Any applicable refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame after receiving the cancellation request.

The organizers reserve the right to make exceptions to the refund policy on a case-by-case basis, considering unforeseen circumstances or extenuating situations.
